Our company just migrated to Salesforce and I wanted to make sure that we receive the customer form submissions. Are there specific steps to ensure the delivery and submission?

If you are planning to integrate Jotform with Salesforce then you have the option of integrating Salesforce with Jotform through Jotform Widget
or Alternatively you can use 3rd party tool Zapier
