My form quit working sometime after November, 2016.

    Also, when I go to sign in, it won't acceept my password to your site and it also doesn't forward password reset to my email address.

    Can you please provide us the JotForm account you are referring to? I checked the email address (forlawnssake@aol.com) and it seems that there is JotForm account associated with it except for a guest account. If possible, please also provide us the Form URL.
