JotForm and Apple's Safari

someone using Apple's Safari keeps getting an error message when they try to use our Jotform form - 'safari can't connect to the server. Safari can't open the page "https://formjotform.us/70735756995171' because Safari can't connect to the server "form.jotform.us"

Is this a known issue? it works using Internet Explorer and Chrome.

I checked the form link you have provided (https://formjotform.us/70735756995171) andI also got the same result. 

 I corrected the form link (add the missing "." to the form link) https://form.jotform.us/70735756995171 and now I was able to access the link on a safari browser.
