In testing my live form, I asked my daughter to submit the form with a file. She tried to upload a video file of 579.7 MB. when she selected the submit button, the form hung at Please wait for a long time and then finally she got a message that said,"... there are incomplete values in your form. Please go back & fix." Then, when she clicked "go back" it's a blank form?
1. Is there a file size limit?
2. When she clicks Go Back, the form should not be blank.
When she submits the form with a smaller file 12.5 MB it all worked correctly.
I need to know if I need to let ppl uploading files that there is a limit to the file size and if so, what is it?

Please allow me to inform you that the JotForm Upload max size is 1 GB or less per file. You can read more in this guide about the JotForm Upload Size Limit: Changing the File Upload Size Limit.
To prevent this issue you are encountering, please try setting a minimum and maximum file size limit and see if this helps to solve the issue.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
