I checked your email logs and I found your email address email@example.com in our bounce list.
You can see its reason from the screenshot which I have shared with you below:
I have removed your email address from the bounce list. But you should take precautions to prevent it happening again. There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.
An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.
If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
