Translated texts are not shown in my form with multiple languages

We are setting up a survey, which we want to offer in various languages. This works fine, except for the longer texts (introduction and one longer question). For these the translations are not shown in these different languages, but remain in English, although I have inserted the respective translations.

I have searched the forum and tried to type the text versus coping and pasting, yet this did not make a change. I have also tried to replace the "text" form element with other form elements to see if the "text" element was the problem - this did not seem to be the case either.

    Any other suggestions?

I have examined your form and also created a clone of it to experiment a bit with your translations. I noticed that the form seems stuck when it comes to the Deutsch language, not allowing us to edit its text, and that made me suspect it as the cause of your issue.

I deleted all translations and started over with English (UK) as the primary language, and when I added the other languages after that, every translation worked correctly.

Would you consider removing your existing translations and starting over with English (UK) as the very first language you add as primary? You could do that in a clone of your form, to still be able to copy paste your translations into the new, corrected form.

Here is my cloned form with English (UK) as the current/primary language, then Deutsch added after it: https://form.jotformpro.com/71023646294960

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
