Client has confirmed Jot Form has been completed and submitted but we have not received. There is one form in our submissions folder (screen shot attached) with no information on there, can this be retrieved or do we need client to re-submit?

I have checked your mail log, and these are the submission emails that were sent from our side:
I also checked your email and it's not in the bounce list, so if the user had submitted the form, you would have received a notification email.
As for the empty submission, can you please provide the submission ID so we can check what's the issue? Did you receive a notification email for that empty submission?
