You can set all the fields in one form, and then use conditional logic to hide/show multiple fields based on the user's answer.

You can also create a multipage form, and add an additional page for the lunch form, and set conditions to only show this page if the user selects they requires lunch, if not then they can skip to the final page.

Alternatively, if you only want to use two forms, then you can set a condition to redirect the user to the lunch form after they press submit.
