How to have the file names using two fields in the DropBox?

Asked by oecc on April 13, 2017 at 09:17 AM

Is it possible to create a file in Dropbox with the filename set in the form?

The Player Name determines the Dropbox folder but also creates a file with

    that name as well.

So I would like to be created as follows Player Name\Description

I understand that you want to use Player name and Description for the file name in the DropBox. It is possible by adding the field ID number to the description field to the Name field added in the DropBox integration.

You may get the field ID number from the Advanced tab of field properties.

You can add the Name field to the Folder and the number captured from the description field.

This should be creating a sub-folder with the player name - description and the file name in the same pattern. Please see the screencast below that can help you with using this feature.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist you further.
