Mobile version of form does not work properly

the submit button does not show up rendering the form useless. It works fine on the non-mobile version.

I was able to replicate the issue on a desktop computer when I decreased the browser window. Here's a screenshot:

Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

If it is still the same, please try to insert the Mobile Responsive widget to your form. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
