Why do I get Out of Space notice

I up-garded to the paid version a while back so why do I get Out of Space notice

I checked our logs and I did not see an invoices for your account.  I also checked for your emails address and did not find anything.  Do you happen to have a confirmation email?  Let us know the contents of the email and we will be happy to have a look.
