Why is my form "not found", when it's enabled?

    Hi!

I've created 3 forms already. One of them works as it's supposed to, but the rest is not found, when I try to use the link of the forms.

They are the same, since the first did not work, and I cloned it, because I thought it is just a glitch that happened to that particular form. Once I cloned it, the cloned one acted like the first.

I have a free subscription, so I should be able to use 5 forms. I only have 3, and 2 of which are not working.

Please help me resolve this problem.

    Sincerely,

    Chad

    Thank you for contacting us!

Your account was suspended because it was collecting credit card information on plain text fields and this is not allowed by our  Terms of Use

The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

For collection of these information we have payment integration available for you:

    Authorization292-How-to-Enable-Payment-https://www.jotform.com/help/

This will allow you to encrypt the information in order to be complying with our terms of use.

We have noticed that you have added also a signature field at the end of your forms.

This is  only necessary when you are collecting banking information and you want your customers to agree on the collection of such data.

For credit cards there is the payment integration already in place. You need to use it in order for your forms to be complying with the terms of use.

Hope the links serve you well.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us!

    We are here to help.

    Thank you
