Email bounce

    I am continually getting messages saying that our email is on your bounce list.  It is a regular gmail email and it keeps getting stuck somehow.  Can someone please clear this us?

    The email address sandysprings***@gmail.com is not in the bounce list anymore. I checked the email history logs and it is now receiving notifications email.
