Form disabled

My form has issues. Form disabled and form quota

I have a small site i'm trying to start up and this has caused 1 members a great deal of stress.

I've done several tests to it, but I can't figure out why I'm getting disabled, when it isn't and quota met.

I have 100 submissions a month right? I have it set to NO Security as the info passed isn't important.

I checked your account and it is in good status. I also checked your forms and it is working properly. Your account is not over limit. The website URL you provided also works properly and it is registered to the account username (icwrossdale). If you're referring to a different form please provide the form link or website URL so we can investigate it further. 

You are correct. Free user has a limit of 100 submissions per month. The monthly reset happens every first day of the month.

They are working now yes, but I was getting form disabled, when it really wasn't. Why was this happening? It screwed things up for me badly.

Also, could you tell me how many submissions I have on each of my 2 forms please? thank you.

I've been running tests on them, and if they are high, I'd like to get them reset.

The forms can be manually disabled/enabled from My Forms page, but we cannot check if that was the case.
