It is not possible to send field data using encrypted forms:
https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
You can send an email autoresponder to the user filling out the form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
However, any field data, as I believe you have already seen, would be encrypted. Since emails are logged, sending encrypted data unencrypted defeats the purpose of having encryption to begin with.

Thanks for your note. However, I'm not trying to send anything. Trying to rephrase the question ...
Can the authorize.net widget fields that show be adjusted to include "Company" and "email"? (so this data is provided to authorize.net)
Thanks again!

At this time, additional fields cannot be forwarded to authorize.net. Only what is contained in the payment field can be forwarded and email or other types of fields cannot be added to the payment field.
