Requesting Refund

    Good Day,

     

    I recently sent a message for my refund and downgrade to the free account.

    I didn't receive anything in my email far as notifications go. 

    SO, i am sending once more in case the first one timed out or didn't go thru, 

    I would like my 30 day money back guarantee sent my card.

    Let me know what info or action you may need from me.

    I checked your account and it looks like your payment was already refunded.  You should see the refund posted back to your card in the next 5-7 business days.
