Problems editing form

HI I cant seem to edit payment part of my forms. I am really frustrated. I hate when things get changed and then dont work. I have used Jot form for past several years and now cant make it work. I dont understand all the different symbols. I click on a pencil that I think would allow u to edit but it does NOTHING. i cant talk to anyone and seems like suppport does not exist.
