Form Unavailable

    One of my forms displays as "This Form is Currently Unavailable" while another displays correctly.  I tried editing it and same thing, what's up?

    Form on the webpage you provided is displayed properly.

    "This Form is Currently Unavailable" is shown when form is disabled. I have checked and you have three forms on your account. All of them are enabled.

    How to enable/disable a form

    I have also noticed that you have 4 forms embedded on your webpage. One of them is deleted. Name of deleted form is Pool Referral. That form is located inside of Trash folder on your account. Inside of this guide you can find how to restore deleted forms from Trash folder.
