There are a few new and a couple of edited records that are not in the spreadsheet. If I undo integration and then re-integrate will I lose any data in my current spreadsheet and will it re-integrate into my current spreadsheet

    Thanks

    Hello wilcoxhotze,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Have you made any changes to the columns header of your integrated google spreadsheet? Please note that changing column header of google spreadsheet will cause integration to break.

I have synced your form submissions to your google spreadsheet. Can you please check if all the missing submissions are being displayed correctly in google spreadsheet? You should also test your form by sending a test submission and see if it reflects correctly in google spreadsheet. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet.

Here are the answered to your specific questions:

#1. re-integrate will I lose any data in my current spreadsheet

You will not loose any of the submission which you have already received. When you re-integrated your form with google spreadsheet, all previous submission data will be copied to new integrated google spreadsheet.

#2. will it re-integrate into my current spreadsheet

Unfortunately no. If you remove the current integration and re-integrate, it will create a new google spreadsheet and sync the submission data.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
