    Your account has been auto-suspended by our system, due to suspected phishing activity. In your form Cruise World Tradeshow, you're asking for credit card details, in plain text fields.

    Please note that this a violation of our Terms of UseYou may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. 

    If you want to process payments, we have a number of payment processor integrations to do that for you, without asking users to put in their credit card information.
