Anyone else have website builder and having problems with this? What do you recommend?

Hello @drhovav - This highly depends on the website builder that you use. Some platforms disallow, strip off, or restrict script insertion altogether (for security reasons).

At the very least, perhaps we can help you in confirming this if you could share the name of the Website Builder platform you're using. You should also share your website URL where you're hoping to embed the form using the Lightbox Embed method.

We could then search around Google for related articles, guides, help pages, documentation from your provider that will let us know if this is something doable or not.

I didn't even know that website builder has a specific platform. It is hosted by GoDaddy. My website is www.lifetimeinsight.com . Thank you so much for helping!

Thanks, if it's the GoDaddy Website Builder, you can insert scripts by following this guide I'm citing below. Basically, your workflow would be:

    1. Get the Lightbox Embed codes

    Complete guide: How-to-create-a-lightbox-form

    2. Then add the script on your Website Builder

I strongly urge you to carefully review both guides above from us and GoDaddy. After doing so and it still fails, use the iFrame Embed method instead. This won't create a lightbox popup on your website anymore but at least you'd be able to embed the form on your website.
