Unable to find our forms

    I went into our Forms area where we (NICO Corporation) had 3 forms set up. All three are gone. Can you tell me how I can find where they went? 

    I am the only one with access to the site so it could not have been another person inadvertently deleting them. Would appreciate help with troubleshooting.
