Copy and paste into form options

I need to be able to copy a list from word or excel into an options list. the old version let me do this the new one does not. I need this back ASAP. My lists contain over 100 options. Thanks!

I understand that you want to copy the options from the Excel/Word list to a Single/Multiple option fields. If so, you may copy and paste the options to the field from the options tab of field properties.
