When creating a new product, I'm unable to save it. Is there a glitch in the program or is it something I'm doing wrong?

I've cloned one of your forms and I was able to add a product:
It is also showing up when I preview the form:
Are you still experiencing the issue on your end?
Could you please share us the link to the form you're working on?
I've also cleared your forms cache, please let us know how it goes.

You could also try opening your form in incognito mode and see if the issue is replicated, if this persists, please share us a screenshot about it, this guide will help you to upload it with your next reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
