Making the thank you message page visible to my clients

    Hello,

I have two embedded forms on a intranet page (unable to share the link), and when a form is submitted and the thank you note is generated, the page reloads. Is there a way to keep the page at the jotform being submitted vs. it reloading the page to the top and confusing the client?

The form will always redirect to the thank you page. I'm not sure what you mean by reloading. If it literally means that the thank you page reloads after you are being redirected there. If you mean that the thank you message/page is not visible, then a workaround would be to create your own thank you page and redirect your client there.

The form is iframed into a webpage. When the thank you form loads, it refreshes the entire webpage and users have to scroll back down to the iframe section with the thank you message to download a file. Is there a way to have that anchor in the iframe so when it reloads the page, it will stay at the section on the page where the iframe is?

The form is supposed to scroll to the Thank You Message upon submission. In theory, the issue might be related to some incompatibility with your website layout.

If the issue still persists, you might consider moving up the Thank You Message, or using a 'Redirect to external link' option to redirect user to the Thank You page on your website.
