For some reason, we are not receiving the forms to our email. Is there a network connection issue?

    We are getting every other email that is sent except Jotform requests.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this issue, can you please set your Notification's Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and contact your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.
