    Client not receiving notification emails

    I have my email and the clients two emails set up as recipients of the form submissions for https://form.jotform.us/60906916108154


    I am receiving the jotform responses but my client is not. I've checked the blacklist and they are not in it. They aren't seeing the emails in their junk folders or anywhere.


    Can you please look into this and advise?

    This has happened in the past and was fixed by removing the email addresses from the blacklist (not sure how they ended up there). Need assistance on this one though. It could be their email server but if you could look into the form itself to diagnose potential issues there, that would be perfect.

    Could you let us know the email ids of the clients not receiving email?

    Do the email ids belong to common domain?

    Yes all of the emails belong to the same domain.

    I would suggest you to get you email id whitelisted in your clients email account.
