Reset password does not work

    Hi, I've forgotten my password and have requested for it multiple times on the login page but I have not received any email on it.

     

    Username: priveoriental

     

    email: priveoriental@hotmail.com

     

    Please send me a password reset ASAP. Thanks!

    The email (priveoriental@hotmail.com) is in the bounce list. That's the reason why you're not receiving the reset password email. 

    I have now removed the email from the bounce list. Please try to reset your password again. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/login

    I did all procedure, the email to reset my password does not arrive. Please help me friend. thank you . pardon my English .

    Your email address is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting the password reset email instructions.

    I have removed your email address from the bounce list. I also requested for a password reset instructions to be sent to your email address. Please check your inbox or spam folder.
