    Why I'm receiving double copies of the completed form?

    Hello,

    I am experiencing several technical issues with our JotForm.  Hopefully you can help us out!

    (1.)  Whenever our clients submit the JotForm online, both us and the client receive double copies of the completed form, rather than just one copy each.

    (2.)  Our logo on the JotForm is not loading properly (not loading at all).

    (3.)  After a client submits their completed  JotForm, the next screen loads and the tab at the top says "Thank you" but the screen is completely blank. 

    Let me know if there is a way for us or for you to correct these issues.  Thank you!

    1)  I checked your submissions and I saw that only some of them are duplicated

    So it looks like that your users submitted the form several times. This could happen if the form is embedded, for example, and after the user submits the form he/she clicks back button on Browser.

    Anyhow, if you want and if it works for you, you can restrict your users to submit the form only once: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    Hello,
    Thank you for your help. I have made the changes you suggested.
    By the way, my monthly form submissions have jumped exponentially suddenly since I requested your help. Was this due to your testing of our forms? It seems very odd. How can we get this checked out, and if there was some error, how can we get it fixed?

    I didn't test anything in your account, I was just viewing, so I didn't affect your limits anyhow.

    You reached your submission storage limit actually so you will have to either upgrade your plan or delete some of your submissions since Free plan is allowed up to 500 submissions total.
