How can I have three columns in a shopping form?

I want to create a paypal shopping form and I would like to have it 3 columns wide. Is this possible?

You have to position the fields side by side, up to 3 fields each row. Please note that you may need to adjust your form width to fit the 3 fields.

After that, go to the Advanced Designer and enable columns by 3.

If you can't see the option to choose the number of columns, just refresh the page and you should see that after.
