Why logo is not showing in the form?

    (2.)  Our logo on the JotForm is not loading properly (not loading at all).

    I tested your form in several browsers and the logo is showing on all of them (Chrome, FireFox, Safari). 

    Could you please tell us more about this problem if it persists?
