Prepopulating fields to a form via URL parameters

    Hello, I need help asap, I have a database that will collect data and then i need to be able to fill data on webforms from my mysql database. but i need to either auto send that data to a specific website or i need to be able to look up my customer and using a web browser, or a script, fill forms on other websites that i don't own , with data for that patient.  . please call me as I need to fix this asap

    I apologize if I misunderstood your request, but it is possible to prepopulate JotForm forms via URL parameters. As you control the date, you can simply create customized links that, when open, would result in automatically filled forms.
