Lightbox From URL Link

This is an extremely simple thing, I have looked through the forums and founds half answers and I want a real answer haha.. Heres what I want to do:

1) Someone Visits My Website

2) Someone wants to know "Pricing" for a service

3) There is a pricing "page" in my nav menu

4) Someone clicks on that "page" in the nav menu

5) A Lightbox pops up, but it does not visit that page

HOW DO I DO THIS?
