Can I change my username?

How do I change this if I can?  When I set up or created my profile, I would have made my user name the name of my organization instead of my personal name.  I don't want to be sending the form link with my real name in it to all our volunteers and program participants.  Is there a way to change the user name on my profile?

We can help you in changing your username. 

Please provide at least 3 unique username so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore.

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
