do jotforms support email lists?

    I have my form set up to go to an email list -  The form results will not come in to any of us on the email list.  However, if I set the form results to go to an individual email addy, it will work.  Any suggestions?

    Hello Angel.  JotForm's e-mail alert notifications sends an email, not different from any other e-mails.  So I don't think there should be any problem on sending email notifications to a mailing list. 

    For debugging purposes, have you checked your email list if it's working if you try sending an email to it?

    The mailing list works fine.  It's only with the jotform where there is an issue.  I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the jotform being on a webpage that is managed through a CMS?  Strange.

    I will forward this matter to the development team.  They will look into this as soon as they can.  For the meantime, you can individually enter the email addresses on the email notification's recipient field.

    Once we have an update on this matter, we'll let you know.

    Hi Angel,

    Jotform can send email notifications to any email list, I have already tested issue with our own email list.

    I guess it's related with your email list account, maybe it has a restriction to not receive emails from other users than defined ones. Could you please contact with your system administrator to solve the issue?

    On our email logs, your emails are marked as delivered to your email servers.
