Why I'm receiving Incomplete values error while submitting the form?

    Hello,

    My form has not been able to be submitted from iPad's lately, we hadn't had any problems until lately. When you attempt to submit form the iPad you get an error message that there are incomplete values yet all required fields are complete. Can someone please help

    I tested your form from an iPad simulator but I wasn't able to replicate this issue. The form submitted fine:

    Are you sure that Date of Birth field was filled properly?

    I just looked and your right I submitted just fine, I used XX/XX/XXXX before and just submitted using XX-XX-XXXX and it went through just fine.
