How to disable the Unique Submission limit on my form?

Since you never mentioned which form you're working on, I tried my luck with the last form you edited 71027684972868.

This message shows up because you enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION option. To remove this, just click SETTINGS at the top > FORM SETTINGS on the left > SHOW MORE OPTIONS button.

Scroll down until you see the UNIQUE SUBMISSION section then change it to NO CHECK.
