I'm not sure why this is happening for this form: https://form.jotform.co/giggle/productorder
I have checked the email on the bounce list and it's not there either.

I could not replicate the issue at my end. This is the email copy of the email I received after filling the form.
I would suggest that if the emails are not received by specific email ids then you should get your email id whitelisted in your clients email account.
