Autocompleted Address Widget: Custom placement of individual field in Email notifications

Hello there.  I have a quick question, I am using the Autocompleted Address Widget in my form and it is working well.  However, in the email notifications the fields are broken into the following:

Is there anywhere to amalgamate the fields in the email notification as follows:

House Number Street Name

City

Postal Code
