What are the most reliable search engines for people to use with jotform? What are the best devices? I have optimized our forms for mobile use BUT they never work on phones. People also regularly have problems with tablets and iPads, sometimes laptops, and sometimes desktops. It is very disappointing to still be experiencing these issues three years later!

What are the most reliable search engines for people to use with jotform?

Could you provide us with more information on this query?

    What are the best devices?

We are sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with the mobile responsiveness for your forms. I have checked your JotForm embedded on the web page provided and it seems to be responsive on mobile devices as well. The forms built in JotForm are now made responsive by default. They should be displaying normally on any mobile device. If you are using any old forms on your website, we request you to take a look at the following guides that can help you with making the forms responsive.

    Kiran:

So I have gone through the mobile/responsive directions, etc., previously and updated everything. NOW, we are having the problems. No one has ever been able to use a phone to register that we know of and tablets are problematic as well most of the time.

Wondering if jotform works better with Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.?

What are the most reliable search engines for people to use with jotform? Wondering if jotform works better with Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.? I'm trying to figure out why people continue to have problems with our forms and I think this might be one of the issues.

What are the best devices? I have optimized our forms for mobile use BUT they never work for people who are trying to register for our programs on phones. People also regularly have problems with tablets and iPads. No one has ever been able to use a phone to register that we know of and tablets are problematic as well most of the time.

The program freezes while they are working on the registration OR when they try to pay it takes them back to the beginning of the form and everything they entered has disappeared OR the program just "thinks" and "thinks" but never processes the registration. It is really frustrating for parents who are trying to register kids for summer camp.

I have never been able to recreate any of these for myself but I know many of the people experiencing the problems so I know they are real!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand the frustration that comes when something was not working as expected.

However, as of this time we could not determine yet the means to reproduce the issue you described on your form.

As far as I can see, the form have a lot of existing submissions already. Which means users were actually able to properly used and submit the form.

Were you able to get more details from users who were not able to submit the form what happens why they were not able to submit the form?

If we can know more info about the exact problem the users were having when submitting the form, it will help us determine a fix for it also.

Please try to find out more details next time a user encounter the problem submitting the form. Let us know about it and we will investigate further so that we can find a permanent fix to the issue.

    Thank you.
