I have a customer who claims to have been charged for a submission that I created on a form using Google Checkout; however, my Google Checkout account does not show a payment, and it is not showing up under incomplete payments. This was over one month ago, so the incomplete payment is no longer there, or could also perhaps have been manually deleted. Is it possible to retrieve this information from Jotform? To my knowledge, once you delete a submission. There is no way to retrieve it. I am sorry for that
I think you should ask the customer for the order number or transaction number so you can check this out with GoogleCO
