Form not Found

    Hello,

    after I copied the html code on my page created on Weebly I get the message: Form not Found. This form is disabled.

    I saw in the faq that it could be our anti phishing filter.

    Can you help me please?

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. 

    I have checked your forms and they are clean and normal. I have activated your account and you should be able to access your forms normally.
