How to I access the information on the form I created?

The form will be used on our Union website to allow employees to request assistance. The plan is to allow the Union secretary access to the completed form data so it can be sent to the Vice Presidents and they can delegate to their Assistant VPs.  Thank you in advance!

    Respectfully,

    Mary Jane

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to share your form's submission data with another user?

There are multiple options available to share submission data:

#1. You can share your form's password protected submission page itself. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

#2. You can create reports of your form's submission and share the report URL with your users. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports

#3. Another option is to create a sub user account and then set the access control to edit form or view submission data with sub user account. The following guides should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Hope this helps.
