Is it possible to integrate JotForm with Microsoft based CRM integration?

We use a CRM that is not currently one of your preferred partners.  We are looking to have our sales guys collect the information for a form that we created using Jatform and push it from the CRM to the form to then send to the customer for electronic signature.  Is this possible? 

Our CRM is built on an open source Microsoft Sequal based using .net coding.

Please assist.

As you saw as well, we don't have the integration with Microsoft Sequal based CRM, but did you check our third party integration with Zapier:

I'm not sure if it could work for you, I'm not familiar with Microsoft CRM.
