Is there a way to take down payment information on form for a deposit?

some of our rooms we don't charge for but do require a deposit for any incidentals. Is there a place where we can take payment and hold it just in case something goes missing or is damaged?

You can use payment authorization to hold payment but only charged/capture payment only later when needed.
