How to have additional Storage Space

Hello,

I've been informed that I'm almost out of submission space.  I have deleted all previous submission forms.  Am I still required to purchase additional space?  Please advise.  Thanks!

I also recommend reviewing our user guide on : Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

Submission Storage (total) => This is the total number of submissions you can store on your account itself, this is different from the first one which is a monthly limit. So for example, in "Free" plan, you are only allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.

Since you are on FREE plan, the submission Storage space will be at 500 submissions all the time. If you need a bigger storage space, you will have to upgrade to higher plan.
