If i create a form for a contest can the form be place on my website

If i create a form for a contest can the form be place on my website? if i make a refer a friend contest, like if you put in your email address for and entry then for every friend you refer or send a link to you get another entry where do all the email addresses go? and is it possible to create this kind of form.
