I have set up several notifications for my forms but not all individuals listed are receiving the email notifications. Is there a limit on the number of notifications emails that can be sent. If not, I'm not sure what might be the problem.
Any help you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

I checked our email logs for the addresses in your most recent form and the notifications have indeed been failing to a couple of your addresses. The addresses were your jschroeder@ and micro@ recipients. It looks like they were rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your addresses being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
