HELP!  We are using JotForm to take in quilt registration for our quilt show.  I've had at least 6 people now say that they did not get their confirmation e-mail and when I look in the database, their registration is not there.

    HELP!

Are you referring to form http://www.jotform.us/form/62165956740159 ?

Could you let us know the date and time when the form was filled?

Did the users hit the submit button after filling the form?

    The 2nd form # 62158271275154
I've had a few people call me but they didn't specify when they sent the form.  It very well could be that they didn't hit the submit button, but when I ask, they say they did.  I've had a few of them tell me they didn't get the confirmation e-mail but they were in the database, so I'm guessing that their confirmation could be in their spam folder.

nad@kvalley.com was IN the bounce list which I removed already

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.2.1 Mailbox unavailable.

You can remove it by yourself, by following the instructions provided at :

    https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list. To prevent email bouncing related issues please read :

    https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

In addition, you can find our mail server domain list from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-AddressesYou may consider adding the list on your whitelist settings.

If the issue continues, our best recommendation to avoid email bouncing issues is to use your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Please observe your email activity from here on. You may also check your email activity to see the status of the email deliveries from your forms by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

Thank you.  That addresses those people who filled out our form but didn't get their confirmation e-mail.  I'm most concerned about those who say they submitted the form but don't show up in our database.
    Thanks you,

If the confirmation mail is not received and the form submission is not showing in the database then there are chances that submit button was not pressed after the filling the form. Or it it was pressed, it dis not go through due to some validation checks which are completely ignored by person filling the form.

Please navigate the users through the process of filling form and make sure that they press the submit button. Or May be you get over the call with them and fill the data from your end and check if the form really gets submitted or not.

    Let us know your observation.
