How do we free up space?

    We are receiving a message that states we are out of space.  We deleted a number of past submission and we are still receiving the same message on our home page.  Can you tell me how to see how much space we have an also how to create more space?

    Free users are allotted 100MB available space, your account is over the over limited as has 107.18MB available space used. In order to free the available space you have to download all uploaded files, here you are the guidelines:
